Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the assigned are of stores' operations in Hong Kong market
  • Coordinate with the head office, plan, organize and develop both short and long term strategies to run and improve the food retail business and to supervise its implementation
  • Lead operations team to achieve organizational goals 
  • Provide managerial leadership to co-ordinate functions of operations
  • Ensure Company standard can be carried out effectively in assigned district in terms of food quality, customer service level and food hygiene and safety
  • Implement, maintain and modify operational policy and procedures for handling and co-ordination on different sections responsibilities
  • Able to direct and motivate the team and ensure appropriate staffing and succession planning in assigned outlets
  • Assist in developing new stores business strategy
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Tertiary education or above                                                                                    
  • 7 Years of catering retail operation and management experience (medium size store), with which minimum 3 years’ management experience in Catering / Hotel / Retail industry, and able to manage the overall operations of multiple stores independently
  • Independent, can-do attitude and result-oriented
  • Able to lead change and demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff
  • Less experiences will be considered for a Store Manager or supervisor position
